Refund policy

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

You are welcome to return an unopened order if it’s not needed. We can refund any returned products that are within 14 days of purchase, unopened with the lid seal still intact, and returned in its original packaging, well-protected, i.e. in the original shipping box. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded. Any return received outside of 14 days will not be accepted for a refund and will be shipped back out.

Note if the lid seal is broken on any products they cannot be returned.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received the relevant information, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
