Blackcurrant Immunity Marshmallows

These light, fruity marshmallows are not only delicious but packed with the immune-boosting power of blackcurrants. Perfect for a healthy treat or a stunning addition to your dessert table!

  1. Mix 1/2 cup Daily Good NZ Blackcurrant Immunity Shots and 1/2 cup cold water in a saucepan. Sprinkle the gelatine powder over the mixture and let it sit until the gelatine blooms.
  2. Place the saucepan over low heat and gently stir until the gelatine completely dissolves and the mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
  3. Once cooled, whisk the mixture with a handheld whisk until it becomes light and foamy.
  4. Pour the foamy mixture into a lined silicone mould and refrigerate overnight or until fully set (minimum 4 hours).
  5. Carefully remove the marshmallows from the mould and garnish with edible flowers before serving.
