Recipe: Skin-Loving Blackcurrant Pudding

Kick-start your morning with this antioxidant packed pudding by @nourishandflourishsyd.

Blackcurrants are a key source of Vitamin C and phytochemicals, contributing to antioxidant protection that can help to protect the skin from harmful free radicals present in the environment. This good pud will help give you an all-day glow from within.


3 tbsp chia seeds

1 scoop protein powder (optional)

1/4 cup Daily Good Blackcurrant Immunity Shots

1/4 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)

Topped with yoghurt, granola and berries (freeze-dried blackcurrants are great) & rose petals (to garnish)


Mix together pudding ingredients in a bowl, cover and leave in the fridge for an hour or until chia seeds are absorbed and thickened up. Top with topping of choice and enjoy cold!
